Chinatown Express Kitchen — Restaurant in New Britain

I called the restaurant @ 7:50 pm for an order. they told me that they will call me back to see if they will deliver to my address I said okay I waited about ten or so minutes mins until I decided to call back, so I called back and right away she puts me on "hold" ( put phone down) so as I'm on hold I hear her taking other orders so I wait about another 6 to 8 minutes saying hello hello, hello hello, hello hello, hello hello so now I'm just Aggy now wife getting upset so we drive down while still on hold I get to the restaurant she finally answers the phone so I ask to speak to the manager she said that the manager wasn't available if she could help me with anything, I told her I have been on hold for the last 10 minutes or so trying to order my food she then proceeded to tell me she was sorry but that they were busy so then I told her your so busy but I can hear you taking other phone calls and taking their orders mean while I'm steal on hold. I think it's very unprofessional of her to place me on hold for so long and not to call me back so I can place my order. I went from being a loyal customer to never ordering from...

So wow where to begin dont order food over the phone they probly dont have what you order and dont count on a delivery they tell you there is a delivery but there probly wont be and the best yet seeing I'm a certified chef with my serve safe certificate dont eat from here I personally observed one of the server guys go to bring a plate that had been sitting in a lazy Susan which the rice got cold take the plate and scrape the cold rice back in with the hot rice and mixed it back in before scooping the mixed rice back onto a customers plate and brought out to them that violated so many health codes and cross contamination it...

Let me begin by telling you, I first heard of this place through a co worker which had great things to say about the food so I figure I should give it a try...i placed a order for some chicken fingers with white rice, general tso chicken with white rice, beef and broccoli with white rice and some plain lo mein...order was jacked up..my chicken fingers came with fried rice and sweet n sour sauce smh...my general tso was dry as hell looking so I called and they came and brung me white rice and a new general tso chicken which wasn't even good smh...BUYERS beware if you from new Britain order from some where else because this...
