As a person who enjoys trying new restaurants or at least ones that I am not firmilar with I have to say this place was an utter disappointment...the yellow rice was cooked properly but was terribly bland...the roasted pork shoulder was badly seasoned and dry as a day old one...the salad that accompanies this bad meal was loaded with limp lettuce and over ripe tomatoes...the topper was that it was incredibly overpriced for what it was...the only saving grace was that the woman who serves the customers is very polite and friendly. Everything is great ...the food the atmosphere the way this lady cleans up her restaurant is very clean and respectful and attentive. The bathroom is always very clean and smell good. The parking is on street but no parking fee. The lady is quick to take your order and always a few different meats to choose from between ox tail and beef and chicken legs to stew. Also has seafood salad and whole chickens to order. She has deserts and great homeland music playing. Everything is home made and from her heart. The moment you walk in, you get hit with a warm welcome. The food is perfectly seasoned & authentic taste. The meat falls right off the bone. Incredible customer service. Bathrooms clean. For the price it is an incredible portion. Wide variety of food to choose from. Decent selection of both international and US drinks. Not too bloated and not too starving so just the right amount of food. Great atmosphere. If you’re Hispanic, this will feel like home. Highly recommend. Will come...
