Let me start by saying this my first time but this the WORST PLACE . I took the girls for my daughter's 14th birthday and they had the worst experience ever the male manager kept changing the prices and had the worst attitude because i asked how much is everything mind u the girls was in the chair since 522pm they close at 7 the guy told me i gotto pay befor they get service this was at 620pm he said its $330 for all the birthday girl had tips on the other had nail polish on only no pedicure nothing and the rest they kicked out the chairs for other customers because he was confused on why I was asking for the full price for all of us like I'm not suppose when i told them at the door they all getting manicure and pedicure but the manager was confused when i took my debit card out to pay he got upset and told us to leave because we couldnt pay so i yelled if i couldnt pay why do i have my card out he then proceed to ripped off the birthday girl nails and told the tech take off the nail polish and we all left confused about what happened. The birthday girl was in tears cause she was in pain he own nails was taken off when the manager ripped it off . The first pic is what they wanted the second was my daughter nails befor it got ripped off and the last was after he ripped it off .we will never return and the manager should be happy we don't sue them for ripping off my daughter nails and causing...

This was the second time I went there and always leave Very disappointed. I make appointment and I still have to wait until they take me in. Even after they take me in, she keeps getting up from doing my nails to take care of other people with eyebrow waxing. They have no respect for us paying customers. These nail salons are getting really bad. And then they expect a tip which by the way I did not leave because I had a horrible horrible nail service this morning. I wish I was able to send the pictures of the place that I took because it’s so disgusting everything there is dusty even the little tool that they use for our hands are so filthy. I don’t understand why are we being treated this way when we pay a lot of money to get our nails done. This place should be shut down for not being sanitized at all. It’s disgusting. I paid 74$ plus a 20$ tip for effort assuming that my past experience was just a new worker not knowing how to properly place sturdy gems. I usually go to Lily but as usual because they are so skilled the wait time and a planned event took me here. In less than 24 hours the gems fell off again, the double gel paint started to fade at the tips. I explained to the manager my situation he said come in. He had me wait over 20 minutes no apology and told me if it’s their fault he can fix it. No refund on just the gem work that added about 20$ to my nails. Never again and everyone I talked to said the same. The new management sign is a scam just to make people return and get taken. Before I left I overheard 3 women who came in highly upset at the change in price and charge of over 30$ extra on services. I happily pay a lot for my nails no problem so being cheap is not the case.
