Family Dollar — Local services in New Britain

This is the worst place to go shop. Starting from walking in till you check out. Entering there is people already asking for money which i believe should be cleared out. Second the customer service is horrible starting with the manager how she even got that position. There is always a wait n if you wait to be rung up to much they have an attitude on coming to charge you. Not comfortable shopping since its a store ppl rob alot n they follow you through the aisle like ur stealing. I hate coming here i rather drive somewhere else only come here when i just gotta grab something quickly. This store should shut down or get a better manager and better employees coming from a business owner. No of these employees should have an attitude with customers no matter the situation.. they come to shop and be treated like a person not an animal.. this store need better management. Got 1 star cause i couldn’t give a 0. N everytime i come imma leave a review cause it needs to be fixed. Horrible experience today just argument between a customer and an employee. Horrible. I walk in the to buy breakfast and everything in the fridge is expired. You tell Damaris the manager on the floor on the day and you.come next day and the expired food still there. It's gross and unsanitary to buy any food in that store. On 3 different occasions I bought bag of south of the border tortilla chips and it was expired. The staff are very unprofessional the worst is fat girl Ayslin how ever you spell her name.. she is rude with no work ethic and very negative energy. Damaris today in specific had a Crack head moving a UBoat. What happen to nobody works for free in family dollar. Yeah I know your policies Family Dollar as a whole should close its doors.. don't get me started with the rat infestation...
