Walgreens — Local services in New Canaan

Nobody answers the phone, I finally got through, and the person who answered the phone was did not even give me a chance to speak. I asked her if they have a UPS drop-off at Walgreens, she said no we have Fedex. I asked what are the Fedex dropoff hours today, she went silent and placed the phone on the counter. I called back, I asked who am I speaking to she said the "cash register". She said I should go to another Fedex location because they only have Fedex express today. I asked how much is express, she said "I don't know I am not at the Fedex counter, I asked her to transfer but she transferred me to an 800 Fedex number. Called twice and still have not gotten an answer. The staff at this store is very unprofessional and useless. Will not be calling back or coming to this...

Used this Walgreens location for a FedEx delivery when I knew I would not be home. Package required signature and valid identification (wine shipment). These fine folks let someone with the initials KC sign for it and walk out with the package while my initials are WH. Staff was anything but helpful and even told me that FedEx had picked up the package and were holding it at another location. Why would FedEx deliver to a pick up location and then come retrieve the package??? Clearly did not properly ID the individual...what would have happened if they were underage???? Do not recommend shipping anything of value here. Probably will not...

This is the absolute worst pharmacy I have ever experienced. The pharmacy is incredibly understaffed and is closed half the time that I go in. They closed today unexpectedly (Monday at 10 am) due to an emergency, and I was unable to pick up a very time-sensitive prescription. Couldn't transfer the prescription to another location because it is a controlled substance. How can they not have a back-up pharmacist who can come in? How do they only have one staff member there? This is not only inconvenient, it is DANGEROUS. DO NOT USE THIS LOCATION, or you will be very disappointed, if not putting your...
