Buyer beware No communication for weeks after collecting full payment (almost $2K) in advance. Negligent mishandling of irreplaceable artwork of significant sentimental value. Frames delivered were not the materials I selected and paid for, and had multiple instances of visible damage and careless workmanship covered up under packaging material at the time of pickup. Refusal to issue even a partial refund citing store policy despite obvious breach of seller contract and photo documentation of my complaints, which led to an ugly, months-long dispute. I never write bad reviews and feel strongly about supporting small business owners, but I've never had a remotely similar experience with another consumer business.
