New Canaan Chicken & BBQ — Restaurant in New Canaan

I wanted to like this place but the chicken nuggets were overcooked as if they had already been cooked and then recooked to warm them up and they provided me with one small container of ketchup that was not enough for either the fries or the chicken nuggets...no barbecue sauce and no honey mustard. Chicken Joe's and Garden Catering in Greenwich, and even Red Rooster in Stamford are better because the chicken nuggets are cooked right and they at least have seasoning that you can have sprinkled on to your chicken nuggets. The food is good, but they often get the order wrong. We just ordered 1/2 lb of chicken nuggets with cones (my favorite). They packaged chicken nuggets + fries with cones. When I queried whether there was really 1/2 lb of chicken nuggets in the bag, the owner assured me there was. When I get home, there is a grand total of 3 nuggets in the bag underneath all the fries and it weighed all of 0.2 lbs. Lame.

Unfortunately this happens on a regular basis so while I like the food (particularly the cones), I won't...

I got a new Canaan special number 2 1/2 pound of nuggets and a bag of Swedish fish cost me $20 only had four pieces of chicken. This being my lunch was unacceptable and I had more fries than I could imagine and like someone mentioned you must eat them hot. Luckily I had hot sauce that made it OK but maybe more than Four pieces of chicken and this meal would’ve been OK at the least

Looking for something like that, the nuggets and the fries in the bag I would recommend chicken Joe or at least...
