Had my husband’s wedding band sized down. They ruined the hammer finish on the outside by completely polishing it down, but managed to leave all of the scratches on the inside and outside from them working on it. This was only being sized down half a size. His wedding band now looks like it got ran over by a car and rubbed against coarse sandpaper after.
