I tried to go get boots from here. I found a pair I liked and even though the prices were a bit steep, I asked if they had a pair in my size... The lady running the store said they had them in my size. When I asked if I could try them on, she said "No". Needless to say, I left without purchasing the boots. Not sure why I couldn't try them on to make sure they fit before dropping almost $200 on them.

So, I went back today (next day) and used Google Translator to ask in Spanish and the experience was much better. Turns out she didn't understand what I was asking the day before. I am glad I figured this out and was able to communicate with her. She was very pleasant to deal with once we were able to speak with each other. They certainly have nice western style boots, hats and belts. I would recommend...

Wow, called to see if they carry Stetson hats. The person answered practically in Spanish and when I said "hello", she hung up on me. Subsequent calls rolled to voicemail. There's a store I'll never visit....
