Awful customer service.Disorganized, unprofessional. I’m 12 miles away and took prior appointment a day before. But by the time I reached to that place they asked me to wait another 45 min. This is second time it happened to me.Don’t remember the regular customers. Gave nice tip couple of times but they doesn’t deserve.

Ridiculous people. Negligence and no coordination. Complaining on each other for missing the appointment right in front of the customers. They were simply ignoring the scheduled appointments If they get some customers who can spend more money ( make up or something else).

Never come again and waste my time.

Don’t waste customers time by scheduling appointments that doesn’t work-out. Why are you charging extra money for the credit card ? Upgrade What is the reason for missing the scheduled appointment?

Nina seems to be the only one who can give a decent hair cut. I have tried others, but I didn't like the results. I called one day to schedule an appointment with Nina and was told she wasn't in and I couldn't schedule an appointment without speaking to her. So I went in the next day in person and was told by another employee that Nina would be in later today and that she could take my appointment time. When I went back after killing several hours out of my day to come back I was told she wouldn't be in for the next day or two? When Nina isn't around the place is very disorganized and unreliable with doing good work. I hate having my time wasted and I won't be coming back...

YES!! It does cost a little more than the hatchet job salons where they charge you 12 bucks, slap on the number 2 or number 3 or whatever, and in two minutes your out the door!! The ladies here KNOW how to cut hair AND pay attention to detail! They do a fantastic job! I don't mind paying a little more if I'm going to look ALOT MORE better!! This will be the only place I will cut my hair at anymore! You want cheap, go to the other places...get your buzz cut from the beauty school dropouts over there....
