Caribou Coffee — Restaurant in New Hope

I’ve always enjoyed stopping into Caribou for my favorite coffee and getting a little work done. It’s been a dependable spot for a change of scenery and a productive atmosphere.

Since moving, I was excited to find a Caribou near my new home—but unfortunately, the experience hasn’t been the same. While the staff are incredibly friendly and seem to enjoy their work (which I genuinely appreciate), the environment has been consistently loud and distracting.

There’s a difference between creating a cheerful workspace and overlooking the needs of customers who are studying or working. Each time I’ve visited, the volume of conversations, laughter, and joking among the staff has made it difficult to focus.

The wait time at this location is ridiculous. It amazes me how they focus on the un-present customers vs the present ones standing in line. I ordered two drinks... I get one right away 5 min later get the second one this is my fourth incorrect order. I don't get it... I ask them to re make it sure 2nd attempt fail then third attempt I'm sorry ma'am we are out of cocoa , then it's we are no longer making that drink. We can refund the money you will see it when the system processes it. Now the part that frustrated me was the waiting and if you weren't making the drink wouldn't the cashier say that. On top of the hot coffee pouring out behind the lady on the floor flooding the whole back register section....

Went for the 1st time today, Sunday, June 22nd, 2025 @250'ish? I'm not a regular orderer, only a few times a year kind of girl. I've never known this location was here! It's a pick up place, not a drive thru one. Two parking spots for pick up orders, cute chairs to sit in, a bunch of tables, and the pick up section is on free far end of he counter. They have a "get to know your Barista", which I love to see! My order thru the app was easy, and there's an UPDATE button, make sure you press that, after you've changed something.
