They gave my order to the wrong customer, took it back, then had someone else bring the same order back out to me. I placed an order online for pickup. When I got there, I entered my stall number (5 according to the sticker posted on the poles on the side of the stalls). Within a minute I saw a carhop approaching my car with what looked like my order, but instead she went to the truck that had just pulled up in the stall on side of me. She hands the food to him and a couple minutes later I see the guy flag the carhop down after. She takes it back in then guess what they did. Had another guy bring that same cold a$$ order right back to me a couple minutes later 😄 I called and asked to speak to a manager about the situation and guess what, it was the manager who brought that same food back out to me according to him 😄😄 he didn’t even deny it was the same food, he said he just grabbed it and brought it out. But he did have the nerve to accuse me of entering the wrong stall number 😂 he offered to replace the food but that’s not the principle, why yall playing with people’s food like that when it wouldn’t have been nothing for yall to have just remade it from the jump? And why on earth would I want food prepared by the same establishment that feels it’s integral to do this in the first place? Read morePulling in about 10:20 p.m. attempted to order a large Shake and was told that there is no ice cream because they had already cleaned the machines. This is not the first or second time this has happened. I could understand if it was 11:30 or so and they were closing in 30 minutes but not when they're still open for another 90 minutes. Anytime after 10:00 p.m. you can't get any type of anything with ice cream. I've never had a problem with any of the food when I've ordered it it's always been good never had any issues there. I think the owner or somebody from upper management should make some surprise visits a couple few times a week and make their presence known maybe they would tighten it up a little bit inside. I know when I work fast food many years ago the owners would stop by three or four days a week sometimes and go through the drive-thru and you didn't know it was them until they pulled right up to the window.
