French Nails & Spa — Local services in New Milford

I went in for a fill. I usually get acrylics at my normal salon but they’re closed this week so I decided to give this place a try. I ended up having to get a whole new set because they don’t do acrylic.

I always get a french design. At this place a French is an extra $10 for just the white and $15 if you want a color instead of the white…. A little ridiculous if you ask me.

Kim did my service and she was wonderful. She took her time and my nails turned out great. The salon overall is clean and very sanitary but I didn’t get the shape I asked for. I asked for coffin and ended up getting a skinny square (?) shape?

4 stars because of pricing. $80 for the set plus $15 for the French I got plus the 3.5% credit card fee. The guy sitting up front then told me to bring cash next time for my tip. I wanted to Venmo Kim directly but I had to Venmo the guy in the front. I hope Kim actually gets the money I...

This is my second time visiting here. When I went for first time, all staffs are very friendly and kind, also did a really detailed job for my french design. Since I was very busy for over a month, I didn’t get a chance to do my nails, but how surprising they are that it perfectly stayed on my nail about 1 month. The quality is amazing. So today finally had a chance to go back, and staffs are all so friendly again; I felt so welcomed! And of course, I am beyond satisfied with the job. All cuticles are gone, shapes are perfect, the color is just the one that I want. (It looks like white in picture, but it’s not. Pinkish white) They had many other cute colors too. Also, the nail salon is very clean. By the way, the salon is now operated by new owner, and they’re so so nice. I can’t wait to go back to try different styles. Barely get my nails done cause I just can’t seem to find a place that’s worth the money. Since my friend is coming over and I wanted to treat her and also for us to bond I made an appointment with this place and had hope it will be good. They have 2 different person doing your manicure and pedicure. And since gel mani ruins my bed nails I usually get regular nail polish and as I was waiting for it to dry, there’s bubbles on all of them 🤦🏻‍♀️ The supposed to be relaxing time turned into frustration. One of the male tech had to redo my nail polish and had to wait for it to dry even just a bit. It was my daughter’s birthday and I can’t be sitting there for hours. The owner or whoever was in the front didn’t seem to care that I was having issues. Definitely won’t be back here and will not be recommending...
