New Milford Bagel Express — Restaurant in New Milford

I used to order from here all the time about 3 years ago. I came back about 6 months ago and ordered a Taylor ham egg and cheese that was a little light on the Taylor ham. I thought I would give them another chance so today I went and got a rye toast sandwich with turkey, egg and swiss. Good amount of Turkey but there was only one egg and only one slice of cheese in the whole sandwich. Guy charge me almost $6 for it. The food tastes good but the quantity and price makes me want to not come back here. I can get the same sandwich with twice as much things inside of it for $5...

The bagels/breakfast are okay at best. Very expensive for the quality but understandable given inflation over the past two years. HOWEVER, the owner is probably one of the coldest/unfriendliest small business owners I’ve ever come across. I visit this place about once every other month (strictly out of convenience on my way to food shop), but his timeless lack of positivity has gotten to the point where I’d rather drive well out of my way to a friendlier place than support him and his business.

Went in to grab 2 bagels with just flavored cream cheese. Sign said $4.69 but he did put a disclaimer that the prices have gone up since. When he rang me up, I was shocked for him to ask me for nearly $14. For what? Two bagels with cream cheese? You can get a breakfast sandwich at any other bagel spot with $7. Not only did he over charge, but the bagel wasn’t good at all and the cream cheese was super bland. Terrible experience, would not recommend...
