#1 Nail Salon Oradell NJ — Local services in Oradell

This place and owner is a JOKE! If you late in 5 mins they kick you out. People are coming from work driving far just to make it on time and if you are late then you are ‘punished and being kicked out. drove 25 mins to get there on time but it was traffic so I was late in 5 mins. I was responsible enough that to call and say I’m going to be late. Came in and everyone ignored me . The boss came and told me to wait one hour until the other nail specialist will take care of me not the one I set the appointment with!! In another word he kicked me out. I used to come there over a year and recommend for many of my friends but never again! the way they treated me...

Very rude. Turned customers away because they were "busy" even though there was very few people in the salon. Question if i knew how much what I wanted was implying that they didn't think I had the money to pay them for it. I originally wanted uv gel that was $80 and the woman laughed and didn't think I could afford it. I ended up getting regular gel French and this manicure is not worth the $45 I spent on it. maybe you should try not to disrespect and rudely talk to your costumers because of preconceived ideas of them. I will never be going back here...

Giving it 2 starts as some of the ladies that work there are fantastic however, today my 9y old daughter and i had a slightly different experience. The person that gave my daughter a kiddie manicure, Midway through clipping her nails, used my daughter's nail clippers on her own nails. I did mention it to the owner but now more than ever, hygiene and sanitation are of the utmost importance. As I mentioned some of the personnel is truly amazing and the place 8s really clean but this one experience really tarnished my perception...
