On July 1 I went to Burger King at around 10:15 P.M.. There were two vehicles in front of me that oordered. when it was my turn, the woman told me that they were doing shift change and it would be 20 minutes. By the time the two orders that I was stuck behind, went through, 15 minutes had passed. I went around and got behind the three vehicles that were now in front of me. She took those three peoples orders, when it was my turn she told me that they were only doing Mobile orders only. I realized the first two people in front of me were black and the three people the second time we're also black. When I told her I'm the same guy and asked her what is going on, why is she not talking My order after she took two people in front of me and then the next three people in front of me. She Call me they were too busy and couldn't help. I went back around and watched frome the parking lot as she denied The next white person in the drive-through and then accepted the next four black peoples orders. I honestly could not believe what I was watching. What the hell is going on at Burger King? how can you have racist people working at your drive-through.    Read moreI've never bothered giving a bad review for a business, but this is easily the worst service I've ever gotten. I went to pick up an online order. When I arrived, I gave them the name on the order and repeated it multiple times when they asked. They told me they were "working on it". I waited at this store for ALMOST AN HOUR. After a long wait, I went back to the counter to ask what was the status. They, AGAIN, asked me for the name. When I told them, they said that "someone already picked up the order." They only said this after I gave them the name multiple times and ONLY AFTER I WAITED FOR AN HOUR. I showed them my phone to prove that the order was for ME. They pretty much just said "Oh well" and refused to do anything to resolve the issue when I asked politely for clarification. I was confused, so they just disrespectfully walked away from me and ignored me liked they couldn't be bothered.
