Taco Bell — Restaurant in New Orleans

This is probably the worst experience I've ever had at a taco bell normally I wouldn't care enough to even post a review but I think other people need a warning not to go to this specific taco bell. We had two orders from online pickup so we could pick it up easily but this was far from it once we arrived to the drive thru it took nearly 40 minutes for us to reach the window due to the long line and slow transitions to tell them we had two orders which they confirmed that they had both after telling them the names. They gave us only one order with us failing to notice that the second one did not come with it so we tried calling them to see if it was possible to pick it back up or get a refund because it would probably take over an hour to get back to the front of the line but instead of picking up and talking they picked up the phone multiple times and just left it there open with us only hearing the echo of the hellos we were saying most likely to stop hearing the sound of the ringing. After this we checked the reviews which seems to show that a LOT of other people had this kind of experience please make the better choice and choose somewhere else to spend your money elsewhere. ( Ps if the owner seems to only respond to the few good reviews they get thanking them not even bothering to address anything negative is pretty decent sign that the restaurant is bad.) PLEASE SPEND YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE YOU WILL SAVE TIME...

Drive thru order was taken with perfect accuracy, despite my family not quite knowing what all they wanted. The first time around, they missed one item. I went back in and told them, and they promptly and professionally fixed the issue.

Upon getting home, my order was nearly entirely wrong. I ordered 2 regular tacos (neither of which was actually there) and 2 cheesy gordita crunches with no spicy ranch. One of the gorditas was correct. The other one had some sort of sauce on it that i didn't order. The same sauce was holding together the other two items that were like gorditas but with sauce instead of cheese holding the flatbread on.

The drink was also wrong. The manager took a while to notice me, but when she did, asked that i yell over the noise of the kitchen to explain what was wrong. When she finally came over, she heard me out and then dug through my food with bare hands telling me that the sauce i had bitten into and tasted wasn't there, and was instead cheese. We argued back and forth over it, including her grabbing the item, opening it, and trying to have another employee tell me that what i tasted wasn't some other sauce, but was cheese.

I was irrate. The absolute WORST experience I've ever had on either side of the counter in fast food. By far. That was a terrible interaction and the complete opposite of how you should handle a customer...

This was Last Night.Food Was Hot and Delicious.Went inside Employee Very Nice and Respectful.Clean They had 6 employees and a Manager.It was About 7:30 last night.I stood behind a Lady and one of the Employees asked me if I had already ordered I said No he said I had to Place my Order on the Kiosk.I usually go through Drive Thru but Decided to Order from Inside.All Employees were Busy and they were Nice.I asked About the Cravings Box One young Man Said they didn't have it on Menu Anymore. We ordered the Chalupa with Extra Cheese,Beans Guacamole.Nachos Bell Grande with Extra Guacamole, Extra Sour Cream,Black Beans,Extra Cheese Sauce.2 Mexican Pizzas,I Orered the Grilled Chicken Breast Burrito with No Fiery Red Sticks,No Spicy Cheese This One was the only one that was Not Right I Picked out The Red Fiery Sticks and Tried to Get some of the Cheese off it was To Spicy for Me.Ordered The Cinnamon Buns and Cinnamon Twist.All in All the Order came out In A Reasonable Time The Other Orders were Correct and They Ate Every Bit and my Boyfriend Ate mine also.The Other Food Was Delicious Fresh and Hot and Those Cinnamon Buns OMG They Are Amazing.Thank You All for your Hard Work and We Will...
