In spite of my disappointment at Faubourg not accepting EBT, they have my heart. I called a little while ago in an attempt to locate a colander within close proximity that wouldn't require me to have to cross the river (which now costs $2 every time you board the ferry). The lady that answered apologized and siad that they had yet to get cookware in the store for sale. I told her that if she personally had an extra one around that I'd purchase it from her. She then tells me that her son lives nearby and that she'd get him to see if they had an extra colander. If they did, she said she'd sell it to me. Though her son found that they did not have an extra, I was amazed by the customer service and consideration of solving my problem in a direct and simple way.
