River Fine Foods Store — Local services in New Orleans

I've had Po-Boys here several times, and the locals concur - they are FAR better than anything I've had downtown New Orleans and for considerably less money. Take the Ferry to Algiers for $2 (one-way - cool trip across the river), walk out the door and turn left. It's about a 10 minute walk on the levee. You will not be disappointed. Also, check out Congregation coffee shop (2 minute walk from ferry) or see Ralph on Opelousas St. for a Snow-Ball. Everything worth seeing in NOLA is NOT downtown.

The brothers don't have any respect for our ppl the excessive use of the word n* and to hear them say oh I don't like that n* it's very offensive. The food tastes like the cooler that it came out of. The customer service is horrible to have to wait, stand there until one feels like getting up to finally check you out it's just unacceptable. One of the dudes can't be no more than 28 dig in his nose wiped it on his shirt then proceed to touch my items just shows you the respect level that they have for us in general. How can you guy be operating in our community but have little to no respect for us. It is foolish to spend money here 20 yr in own neighborhood they need to be shut down or put out of business. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Chef Don't mess around she handles business back there. Very nice!!!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ The catfish burger, VIP 8' sub and large fries The fried fry was done perfectly. No burned areas, breaded evenly. Plenty of fries for a few people to split. I was told that the VIP sub was very good. Their 8' sub looks like a foot long at subway.
