I went in today and purchases a smothie and a jar of PB2. After I was rung up I asked why it cost $20 for a smoothie and the jar of PB2 marked at $6.59 with a sticker on the bottom. The young girl ringing me up said the jar was $9.99, and I showed her the sticker with the marked price. She said she didn't know, and at about that time a girl pops out from the back room. I asked why a smoothie and the jar of PB2 cost so much, and she said the smoothie was 8.99 and the jar of PB2 was 9.99. I said that's not how its marked and showed her the sticker, and she just said she doesnt know who marked it, but it is $10. So, I asked for a manager and she said she was. So I asked, your the manager and it's okay to have something marked $6.59 and to charge $10? And she again repeated the I don't know who marked it, but it's $10.
So, I don't get an appology, an offer to refund the difference, nor do I get my receipt, which the two ladies look at, but crumble up and toss in front of me. They don't offer to give me my receipt. The "manager" storms back into the back room without another word, and leaves the poor associate without a solution. I thanked her, and walked out.
I've shopped at this Smoothie King for years. I realise a couple dollars is menial in the grand scheme of things, but this is perhaps the rudest I've ever been treated anywhere in my entire life. I was just blown off, and my receipt just crumbled in...

I came in for an online order. A couple had received 1 smoothie and was waiting for their 2nd smoothie when one of the young ladies behind the counter called it out without actually checking the ticket and gave theirs to someone else who ordered a different drink. They had to wait while the worker kept calling out the smoothie that was correct for the other customer, even though he patiently told them multiple times that belonged to the ones she gave his smoothie to. Getting close to past the pickup time for my own order, I saw a different worker behind the counter in glasses wearing an iPhone earbud, the only one making smoothies at that point, put one on to blend then turned towards the back wall for a minute or two gesturing with her hands as she spoke to whoever was on her iPhone piece. I was still waiting for my order at that point. I ended up waiting nearly double the quoted wait time. We walked to go do something else for the meantime and we saw the employee walking out of petco. We walked back to check if we could get a smoothie around 4:55 and the door was unlocked.
