Awful. I over heard some employees at this location state that there are gnats on the croissants. The croissants are out overnight to help rise, and in the morning, someone has to take the time out to pick out the gnats. The croissants are used most frequently for the signature Ham Classic sandwich. Not only that, they freeze turkey breast once it starts going bad and still use it to sale. The turkeys are sometimes overcooked. They are also known to change dates on side items, and cookies and still sale it. The manager/owner has a very nasty attitude, the way he talks to his employees is obvious disrespect. He will not be a successful business owner with this type of behavior. One of the employees here has no business working in customer service. I arrived at 3:50pm which was ten minutes before they close and the lady rudely told me that they were closed and I could not order a sandwich. I went back inside the store when I saw the owner and told him what had just occurred. The rude employee first denied what had occurred and then changed her story to say that she was joking. Walked in on 11/22 @ 12:45 to order a sandwich for lunch. After standing in line with nobody in front of me and 4 employees chatting it up, one employee finally asked if they could help. I said yes I’d like to order a ham sandwich lunch. After a long pause and all four employees looking at each other I was told they are no longer serving sandwiches. Who runs this location?
