Unimpressed. After letting us know that we needed to get our documents back to them in a timely manner (which we did, often within 30 minutes), their team sat on or just forgot about the information we sent causing us to incur additional fees, to nearly miss our closing date and lose our mortgage rate. The continued to present us with poorly communicated challenges rather than the solutions you'd expect from a company that deals with these issues every day. Maybe they're good at handling a basic transaction (what title company isn't?) but when it's anything slightly out of the ordinary, they seem incapable or unwilling or both. There are plenty of title companies in town and they all get a fee for doing the job. If they can't do the job or cause things to become more complicated and costly, what are they being paid for? Fleur De Lis Law & Title was recommended by our agent at Latter & Blum to help with closing on a property in New Orleans. My past experience with Title Companies pretty much made me think - they're all the same. Functional, but no differentiation.
