My husband and I bought my first wedding set from here in 2010 and have only used them since for any jewelry. In 2018 I got a second wedding set I fell in love with but sadly the diamonds wouldn't stay in this beautiful set. The ladies I have dealt with at this Kays have been so amazing and helpful. I have come to know them pretty well since I had the ring that didn't want to keep diamonds in it haha. Back in Feb of this year I had my ring in again and these amazing ladies were going to give me another engagement ring ( this would have been the 3rd one) so I suggested just going to a different style of ring altogether since this one was nothing but complications. THEY AGREED!!! So we ordered a beautiful Neil Lane ring...well covid broke out and I sadly couldn't get the ring due to Kays closing. Well they opened back up I went in to talk and find out if my new ring was there or shipping or what exactly. And it was shipping..it ended up coming in a few days later...but I ended up finding a new ring I fell in love with...an Adrianna Papell. They had it there so I got to see it in person and oh my is it beautiful. I asked if I could get that one instead of the Neil Lane. They of course agreed and were so nice about it. I am the girl who doesn't want a plain ordinary ring I want something different. I got the Adrianna Papell ring and I had enough money left to get a beautiful diamond band that was 70% off!! So what I am trying to say is these ladies are just amazing and so nice and helpful. I have loved getting to know them over the years!! Big thanks to Lori the manager for reaching out to me about my ring. I will never go...
Read moreIf I could rate this place 0 stars I would. Iâm not one to leave complaints because that rarely changes anything, but if I can help others from this same fate and lost cash I will. I will never shop at Kay jewelers ever again. For Christmas my father and I purchased my mom a motherâs ring. Which was picked up in January! Today my mom looked at her ring and the gem was gone. When she took it back she was told, by a very rude and unprofessional sales member, they only guarantee their gems for 6 months (Dunkins a year FYI) and was told she should have bought the warranty. However, if the gem fell out on the first of July they would fix it no problem. Apparently we were 4 weeks too late. My problem is she only had the ring for 6 and 1/2 months and that gem should not have worked itself loose if it was crafted correctly! They push that warranty because of the poor quality of workmanship! My mother told them she bought a cheap motherâs ring and the gem is still in it, and had it for 23 years (which I now have), what does that tell you about your quality of product! Think twice before you purchase there, or at least from the one in New...
Read moreThis happened a long time ago but I never got around to posting about it. Something made me think of it though, so I thought Iâd share my experience so others beware. I bought a 1200$ rope chain that they had to order in. Well after I got it, it started to tarnish and wouldnât go back to the original gold color. This was a solid gold 18k rope chain fyi, or it shouldâve been. Well long story short, I found out the rope was gold plated about a year later when I went to buy a new one from a different jeweler. So what happened was I got scammed by the man who ordered it. I tried to fix it with the manager in the store but she was ultra rude and refused to believe my story and even went as far to say they didnât have a man who worked there. I shouldâve pursued it farther but I didnât. I would never use this store again. If you do, have someone verify itâs real as soon as possible or you...
