Someone really needs to address the New Towne Mall store, in New Philadelphia, Ohio. You can barely navigate the crevices they consider walkways. You can barely walk through as a normal sized person, let alone with a cart. The store is ENTIRELY too small for the amount of stuff they have crammed into it. And I couldn’t even look at anything without a store associate asking me to move so they could put something on a shelf right in front of me. The only reason I didn’t abandon my full cart in the middle of a “walkway” was because I found one item I had been looking for, for a long time. Thankfully the line that wrapped out and around and through the store moved fairly quickly. It was probably the worst experience I’ve ever had. After spending almost $124 I nearly ran out...

When this Marshall's first opened I would have given it 5 stars but at this point its 4 for me. It's about the only place to find clothes at the mall at this point and even though there's a good amount, I some how still have a hard time finding anything I like enough to buy. The clothes I get from there I will rarely put in the dryer anymore because they all seem to shrink horribly after being washed and dried. The clothes are discounted from their original top price but I'm never in awe of the deals. The skin and hair products seem to be a better deal. Cute and afforable home...

I bought a dog carrier for the airplane. I brought it home to make sure it fit and took off the tags and threw them away because the dog fit in it fine. I went to use it and saw a big slice that looked like a knife went straight across the material near the handle. I tried to take it back and exchange it and they refused. I offered to go to the back and pull another bag just like it to the front and they still refused. I am very disappointed in this marshals and I much prefer the one in North Canton.Terrible...
