National Furniture — Local services in New Philadelphia

Bought a recliner here that had something wrong with it. One side dropped more than the other when reclined. I took it back in to have it fixed. They never fixed it, and said they did. So I have a broken 800$ chair. I wouldn't recommend this store to anyone. Very dishonest people. I would also like to add, that the owner is marking up furniture from where they buy it ,over a 100%...I found the same chair from the company that makes it for 350$. I was charged...

We had been looking all over and had a bad experience with a national chain before we found National Furniture. No high pressure sales here. There is a wonderful laid back vibe here, but when you are ready someone is right there to give you amazing service. On top of having great prices they were kind enough to give us free delivery. Where can you get free delivery this day and age? I can't recommend National...
