I have ordered and gone to this restaurant multiple timesin the past 3 years since I work nearby. Never have I had a problem untill today. Both my coworker and I ordered Penne Vodka, when placing the order I get asked what pasta I want with this. Really? Isnt penne the type of pasta? How do you go about asking someone that? After my food gets delivered 1 hour later when they stated 25-30minutes, my food looked like Mac & Cheese but in penne form. It was a pale orange color smelled like Mac & Cheese and tasted nothing like Vodka sauce. I understand that pasta should be cooked untill al dente, but this pasta was just hard and not cooked right.

I called to complain and the person was very helpfull and stated they will send a rush order with the same thing and i stated so it can taste the same. He asked if I wanted anything else and i stated that I am very dissapointed and i wanted my money back. The food got here quick and lone and behold.............it was the same exact thing I previously got. COME ON............REDICULOUS!!!!!!!!!!! I did not call them back to complain what a waist of my time and money. I'M VERY...

So I tried this place out when visiting family recently twice.

This first time was take-out and I got a Calzone. I got to say it was one of the best Calzone's I ever had. There is not one thing about it I did not like or enjoy to the very last bite.

A definite 10 out of 10

Also had a slice as well and it was very good a solid 8 out of 10

The second time I dined in and ordered the Chicken Parm.

I love Chicken Parm.

Unfortunately my Chicken Parm was nothing like my Calzone.

It was underwhelming, did not taste very good at all. Seemed more like a frozen meal reheated than freshly made.

Very disappointing a 3 1/2 out of 10 at best. I would never get it again.

Also my friend that was with me had the Eggplant Parm and it was also underwhelming and not very good as well.

Another 3 1/2 at best out of 10

So I can defiantly recommend the calzones and the pizza as being very good and delicious, but I would stay away from the Chicken Parm or the Eggplant Parm as they were both just very disappointing and very...

First off I can say that I had been impressed with their pizza in the past, and had been looking for a long time to having a sit down dinner here. The service was sub-par and it was a quiet night, so it is not like they were packed with customers. I ordered the Proscuitto la Parm as an appetizer (which never came) the salad was a little wilted, not off to a good start. I ordered the stripsteak with mashed potatoes and grilled asparagus. The asparagus was good, but the mashed potatoes tasted like they had perfume? on them, and the steak was literally inferior to the frozen strip steaks that you can get at Walmart (4 for $20). My son had the Seafood Fra Diavolo. He usually dives right in, but he had very little. I tried it and it tasted like the shellfish had been in a refrigerator for a week. Very disappointing. The best part of the meal was that I wasn't charged for the appetizer that never came. I...

Holy. Cow. Impressed is an understatement! Our service was great & our food was even better. 😍 We ordered the bruschetta ( we got mozzarella & balsamic on it ) and it was hands down some of the best bruschetta we have ever had. For our entrees we got a small pepperoni & sausage calzone, the lobster ravioli, & the tortellini in garlic & butter sauce. All of our dishes were fantastic and fresh. For dessert we ordered the Tartofu & the Italian Lemon Creme Cake and wow. We each should have ordered a Lemon cake because it was phenomal. It’s made in house & was just the right of sweet, tart, and creamy. 10/10 will be back!

I ordered eggplant parm dinner for takeout tonight and it was good! Happy they offer the option of whole wheat pasta with it. Not all restaurants have it. However, to carry it out they put it in a cut-up box of frozen meatballs. Per their menu, the meatball parm sub and meatball parm panini contain “homemade meatballs”, but now I’m skeptical! Is there some dishonesty going on? Seems like a pretty good pizzeria otherwise, and I like that there’s some outdoor seating.

Decided to order lunch for the office yesterday and stumbled upon this Italian spot. It had decent reviews so I wanted to try it out. Extremely disappointed by the food. I ordered the lunch special Alfredo pasta and I couldn’t even have a bite without feeling disgusted. The amount of oil and butter in here was shocking. The sauce itself was broken and was very clumpy. Will not be ordering from here again.
