The hair cut I asked for and provided a picture for was nothing like what I got. I essentially got a short back and sides. I asked for short on the side leave the top longs so it could be pushed back like a 1930s style cut. It was cut so short that when you comb it back the back and side physically stick up. It was easy hair cut that was missed (I used to be a high end barber).

Second to that the usage of clippers were shocking, I literally had bruises on my head and top of ears due to how hard they were used, never experienced anything like it.

Overall I was really disappointed, the person who cut my hair, needs better training and learn how to use clippers properly and understand grades and lengths and customer service. I was never asked what length I would like my hair or if it was long enough. I was then not shown the back or sides of my cut at the end, and I think this is because she knew she screwed it up. My worst hair...

I came in today for a standard haircut. About halfway through, the hairdresser told me she needed wash my hair and that she was going to give me "free MVP". She washed my hair and finished the haircut. It turned out horrible... which is strange because I asked for the exact same thing I always ask for when I come here. When she finished the haircut, she charged my Mom for adult MVP... which is ridiculous because I am not an adult, she said she was giving me "free MVP", and she never even provided the full service, which includes a steam towel treatment and neck and shoulder massage. Also they were a bit late on my appointment- not as bad as the other stuff but still worth mentioning. Now, I have to look for a new place to get my haircut... great. Edit: under the rules, I am an adult, but that does not negate any of the other, much more glaring issues. IG this is corporate rules, but honestly, in what world is a 11 year...

While the hair dresser was very friendly the hair cut she performed was absolutely horrible. We asked for a typical hair cut for teenage boys, short on the sides and back longer on the top. She must have used a different size guard to cut the sides than the one she used for the back because you can see my son's scalp on the sides and not in the back and where the top meets the bottom part of the cut where she didn't use the buzzer, it's all different lengths! Absolutely the worse hair cut my son has EVER gotten. We will never go there again. The only reason I rated it 1 star is because the ladies were welcoming, just wish the person we got knew how to...
