My husband and I went to an estate sale in Wilmette today. Owner came off as haughty and rude. She would go on and on to every other person in the vicinity telling them about the artifacts and ignored me completely. Maybe she thought I wouldn’t buy anything, I don’t know. However, she could take the time to rant about her cats to some other people. Rude owner! I attended an estate sale 8/3/19 and inquired about the cost of an item, explaining that I am buying for a charity. Her angry response: "I DON'T CARE. I've had twenty people say that they are buying for a charity today and all they do is just turn around and sell the item on e-bay."
