I hosted my daughter’s 2nd birthday here & was not inform that there was no heating (it was 29 degrees). I expressed to the owner that the hall was cold & all he did was apologize & say he doesn’t provide heating due to the fact that he pays the electricity bill & that his heaters were stolen by someone else who rented the space. My family & I had to bring heaters from home to try to warm up the place & we’re still cold. After speaking with him the next day inquiring about a possible refund he told me that it was my fault for not inquiring about heating as if that is something I was supposed to know. I’ve never rented a space & had to worry about heating/air conditioning. He also told me that if it was such an issues “it wouldn’t have been too difficult to bring your own heaters”. I would highly recommend to not rent this space in the summer as well as there is also no air...

My sister did my nieces 2nd birthday here and this hall had no heating system, knowing it was 17 degrees outside. The space was 17 degrees as well, i had my 5 month old daughter with me and she was crying the whole time we were there , her hands and cheeks were freezing cold and red i had to put two blankets on her. The owner was very unprofessional and dont know how to work a business, He doesnt let customers know what theyre really renting and what the space comes with. There was nothing written down stating to bring your own heaters & also he complained that he pays the light bill? I suggest that whoever is looking to rent a hall for parties or any events dont look at this place at all is very unprofessional and will have you freezing cold during winter & burning hot melting during summer. #cancelthishall #unprofessional...

I attended my granddaughter’s 2 year birthday at this location on February 1st and I was unable to take off my coat due to the lack of a heating system. This was not informed to us at the time of renting the space. This space was definitely not worth $1000 to have my guess freezing. Also when my daughter requested some type of refund, she was told that she could have brought her own heaters and that she would not be getting anything back. This establishments is not well managed and are very unprofessional with their patrons. I do not recommend this location unless you are looking to catch a cold or frostbite.
