Taco Bell / KFC — Restaurant in New York

I stopped patronizing this place because of lack of this and that. They mostly run out of things, plus the fact that most ladies there lack customer's service.

Even if you don't have what people wanted at the particular time, still try to make customers feel welcome. Most of them need in-service on how to approach customers' need.

This FIVE STARS is for the guy that attended to me 3/13/22 by the name Carlos. They don't have some of my items, as usual, but this guy was so professional, polite, and patiently gave me other options, which I gladly accepted.

Contrary to some of them that get easily irritated and annoying when you're trying to figure out something else when they don't have what you wanted. Instead of them to offer alternatives, they become disrespect and very unprofessional.

I was forced to stopped there because my adult son that came on vacation wanted the food, but I'm glad I did. Kudos to Carlos. For his sake, I'm assuming there still good people over there.

Will surely stop by again. Thanks for your Service Carlos, may God...

The Webster Ave bronx ny 10457 location should get no stars. The lady at the drive thru on 3/31/19 around 12pm took my order told me to pull to the window without giving a price. Then she told me to not to pull all the way to the window yet and made me wait 10 min. When i pulled up she messed up my order as usual. Then told me i can't take orders at the window. Im like Ms you messed up my order. My stuff should be way more then the $6 your charging me she had a very nasty attitude along with the light skinned manager on that shift. They're making the store look bad and are giving the taco bell franchise a bad name. I dont understand if people dont wanna work why hire them. This is my second time getting food from here and I have lived in the bronx for 16 years and I live close by.The first time I got food here I was disappointed and I thought maybe 9 years later they got better.Nope it’s so dirty looking and dingy and when we pulled up to the drive thru to pay the cashier was half out the window telling us to stay away from the window.Creepy yes why don’t know it took them 10 mins to come back out to call us towards the window and it looked so disgusting inside but I was hungry so I said let’s just get it.The tortillas where old food was in edible and I did not have the engery to argue so we just threw it out.This place needs to be closed down or hire all new people...
