So I try my absolute best not to give bad reviews on this thing, but my experience at this 7-Eleven was so bad I felt like it would be wrong if I didn't warn someone about it.
I tried to use a gift card I received over the holidays, but for some reason the cashier didn't use the gift card on my purchase, and instead charged the total amount to my debit card. When I simply asked her why she didn't use the gift card she began to yell at me saying, "it was canceled"..... Because I was still unclear about what was going on I simply asked her in a calm and polite voice again, "why didn't you use the gift card?", she continued, with no apology or reason she just said, "I cancelled it!".
I visited 7-Elevens all over this country and unfortunately my first real bad experience is within my own neighborhood. I'm not going to pretend to be a business major but, here's a word of advice 7-Eleven you should consider improving on your customer service training in low-income neighborhoods it doesn't help the cycle. Some of us, believe it or not, are respectable...

He kept ranting and ranting and yelling at this well dressed young guy. He even told the customer that he was rude simply because the customer ask why they do not have minitacos. Wait a minute..he said he is the boss and the owner cannot do anything to him. Waoh! Unbelievable. I have been coming here for years I have not experienced that here. This guy does not fit to face paying customers at all. He must find this man and apologize to him since he comes here all the time. Thank God for an older middle eastern lady. She handled the customer fine. I will keep writing 1 star until I see a change in this man and I will continue to watch out for this customer until I hear that the client has received an apology. This customer service guy makes this...

I go to 1845 Webster Ave in the Bronx and my app is programmed to that address. They always advertise 3 hotdogs for $3.49 in the app. Try and get that deal, it's impossible. They only stock the more expensive hotdogs and refuse to provide the ones they actually have on sale. I went there 6 times and I will not be overcharged on their bait and switch. I left the hot dogs which came up to $6.53 (not 3.49 plus tax) and walked away. I prefer honesty over misrepresentation.
The pictures below show that they don't even provide a space for that hot dog on sale, so I guess there are no plans soon to order them. They should remove the deal from their location if they don't want...
