Let me start off by saying I've been to a lot of Cold Stones but this place definitely is not the Cold Stone to go to first of all I went there the day before and it was $25 for 3 ice creams the next day I got one more extra small ice cream and it was an extra ten bucks the mint chocolate chip ice cream didn't even taste like mint at all I was very disappointed you don't mind spending money for something but at least if you get what you pay for your happy for it if you order mint ice cream you'll understand exactly what I mean by Cold Stone's ice cream it doesn't even taste like men my whole family was disappointed especially when you spend over $50 in two days and ice cream in the store and it doesn't even taste like the flavor that you wanted to taste like so if you want to spend a lot of money for ice cream and keep in mind they don't even sing anymore I grew up in Long Island and Cold Stone used to be the newest and hottest thing when you tip them they used to sing a song now they don't even sing boy boy boy what a let-down anyway what's the sense of paying so much money for ice cream when you can get the same thing at Carvel and spend a third the price if I could give this place a zero I would but I'm giving it one star because the one girl that helped us was very nice and very cheerful that's the only reason why I Cold Stone is...
Read moreI come here regularly with my children because the service is good and the ice-cream choices are great. Until today the portions of ice-creams have been consistently good; however, today our ice-cream portions were so small that I was very disappointed. I did mention about it to the young guy (taller of all the guys there) who helped me today because it was not a pleasant experience. I wondered if the management is new now because I saw totally different group of people working there today. I ordered for two of my kids and both of the portions were small. Initially I wanted to order for three of us, but when I saw the portions of my kids' I decided not to; so I left without ordering for myself. I may go there again for one more time to see if they are back to good old service mode. If they are, we will continue going there and if not, we will not go there and will not recommend...
Read moreI have been ordering birthday cakes over the phone with them about eleven years. There's a peanut allergy in my family, the first cake was full of peanuts at the time of the party. I immediately called and spoke to the then manager and she told us to come in and pick a cake from the freezer right away to feed our guest. She wrote the birthday message on it, as well as refunded our full payment. I was happy with the way it was rectified, so we continued to order the create your own cakes, and since then never had a problem. I recently ordered a birthday cake and it seems there's new staff. Seems like they had a few problems understanding me and didn't record peanut allergy on my order form, which made me nervous. However, the cake was made fine, no issues with allergic reaction. I have a Cold Stone closer to me, but we drive a little further to this one, because the service is...
