Awful experience on the customer side. The person who answered my first call didn't realize I was already on the line. She was screaming at her child. Hmmm. She then went on to tell me that she was not allowed to relay a message that my medication had not been called in to the pharmacy on Jue 26. It's July 5. I was told that they would not contact my medical provider and she would get the message whenever the provider called in. Suppose she's on vacation? Why isn't there a system to cover patient cases on days off? And, I don't have to tell you what my call is in reference to -- doing so is a HIPPA violation.
