I called, and spoke with Tony. Tony came over on Saturday July 23, 2022 to my address to look at the stairs. Tony stated I need everything replace emailing me a quote of $14,500 including materials, and installation. Tony stated a job like this would usually cost $6,400 dollars, but because I have a couple of winding stairs on the top of staircase, and at the bottom of the staircase the price double. Tony stated if the stairs were straight the price would be different. I told Tony then make the stairs straight. Tony stated I’m not opening up the wall. You open up the wall. Which is an excuse to shake down a customer for more money. Tony also stated if I decide to use there company, and they do the demolition on the stairs, they are going to put the garbage in my front yard, and I have to hire someone to take the garbage away. The installation took 2 days and he worked tirelessly through each one. One thing I really appreciated was how clean and careful Tony was. He arrived at the worksite with drop cloths to protect my newly finished flooring and at the end of each workday, Tony and his assistant would sweep up the floors and bag up any garbage that he created.

He was very polite and texted him a few ideas on what i wanted. Working with Tony was a pleasure because he shared his expertise on how to approach this small project.
