Glendale Floral Design has some great qualities, especially when it comes to customer service. The staff was friendly, attentive, and truly made me feel welcome during my visit. They took the time to answer my questions and were genuinely helpful, which made for a positive experience.

However, I have to give them 3 stars because some of the plants looked like they could use a bit more care and attention. A little extra TLC would really help bring out the beauty of their selection. With just a bit more focus on plant health and upkeep, this place could easily reach its full potential.
