Sweet Rice — Restaurant in New York

I was going here for 25 years. I called to place an order for delivery. I gave them my address order and credit card number. She then told me they could not deliver my food and hung up on me. I called back and asked why and she said they were too busy and my order was too small. So i asked to order more food and she hung up on me again. The food and service were terrible. They did not give me eggrolls that were supposed to come with my 2 combo meals and no free sodas. Their “ chicken fingers “ are not really chicken fingers ( breaded tenders) but the bartered fried little chicken pieces of the sweet and sour chicken they serve. Called to place 2 combination platters orders and the charged me $19 and change. When I asked why so much they hung up on me. I’m not sure what happened to Sweet Rice it use to be a very friendly establishment. Now they are very rude and abrasive. This is not the first bad experience I have with them.
