I chose Dolce vita because of there amazing yelp reviews and decided on this place for my lip enhnacements btw I always do exstensive detailed research on any non invasive and invasive cosmetic procedures! When I Arrived the place exceeded my expectations the locations small but very well Clean, organized, and beautifully decorated just like the photos on there reviews! When I arrived the receptionist was very nice polite and checked me in I didn't wait long at all ! was taken on time for my Apt I meet with jennifer which was my liecened technician I told her what I wanted and she recommended juverderm ultra plus and gave me advice and how to take care after it was done and maintenance she was very nice as well the sweetest person you will ever meet in an insdustry pertaining to cosmetic enhancements and med spas not to many ladies are on point and keep there apts on time or just have no good real reviews and it sucks cause it's hard to weed out the good from the bad but this place I %100 recommend !!! I made an appointment and then waited 3 weeks for my appointment. I was eager to get in and discuss my lip injections plus some slight Botox to lift the eyebrows. When I got in, even though I made an appointment, the wait time was 1 hour and a 1/2, I still patiently understood Jennifer, the injector, was busy. How ever when my turn finally came, instead of me being able to express my desired result, Jennifer than again ran out the room and spent another 15 mins at the front desk, having me wait. Now I do think that is absolutely inconsiderate and I literally had to get up, open the door and remind her I’m still here waiting. She then proceeded to not listen to my results or even took time out to discuss with me any details but literally started poking my lips and forehead while I was talking. That’s so crazy to me. The lips were nothing like I wanted, and deflated in two days, the Botox on my forehead is so bad that it brings my eyebrows lower than they already are and I’m out $700.
