Very unprofessional and rude. I needed to install sim card and restart service on my "lost and found" phone. I explained that I switched account from my ex-wife name to my name. The owner still insisted that I am just authorized user (which was completely wrong) and should call my ex-wife for pin. When I became frustrated and asked to access my OWN account some other way he lectured me rudely that I should relax.
