This is not Verizon provider store,we order new phone paid for it,when we picked up lady give us more price.We should pay it for no reason.when we ask to explain why,she start nerves tell us she doesn't have time just paid and go or she make return. Then she call her manager on our eyes, she said we (me and my husband)whant something from her make her nerves and don't pay money.We ask let's talk with us but nothing.she is start screaming. We paid all what she said and with no finished transfer and return my old phone we leaving.After we saw Verizon salesman on other store and show prices, he said call on Verizon she get extra money from me,and that is why she nerves.Its not just 1 problem after we talk on the phone with Verison costumer service they said it's not their store.With any problem thay not responsibility.People should know that!!!!    Read moreI would advise against going to this location. Me and my significant other went to get an upgrade and add a line and a man named deep helped us. He said our upgraded and added lines would be $45 plans and then if we do the auto pay will be $10 cheaper. We learned online after seeing our online bill that that was not the case and was $55 and would be $10 cheaper if we did the auto pay. I clearly also asked again after he told us that it would be $45 per line and $10 cheaper if we did auto pay and they said yes. He also added the protection plan on for both those lines without asking us or informing us which was $15 per line that we would have not known about if we didn’t check.
