the absolute worst place I’VE EVER been to. Save yourself some time and find somewhere else to go. Ordered a bed frame and it turned into excuses after excuses to it never coming in. No phone call from absolutely anyone from this place. I had to be the one to call for an update for my order. Unreliable and unprofessional people working here. Mauricio did not want to give me a refund for an item I DID NOT RECEIVE an item he didn’t even have in stock. I would’ve bought somewhere else if I would’ve known...

Es la primera vez que decidimos con mi familia hacer una compra de un clóset desde una tienda física, ya que lo necesitamos en el instante o el mismo día así que optamos por visitar esta tienda, tristemente tuvimos que esperar casi 3 días y llamando constantemente sin respuesta alguna, ES LA PEOR COMPRA Y ELECCIÓN QUE PODEMOS HABER ECHO, COMPRAR EN ESTA TIENDA, NEVER AGAIN!. El closet venía incompleto porque le faltaba una división y los dueños no querían hacerse responsables. Hacer reembolso está bien pero si yo pagué por mi compra tenemos derecho a que nos den el mueble completo y en perfectas condiciones, al final dijieron que la piensa que le faltaba no era culpa de ellos que hicieron lo posible pero no lo encontraron, literally de worst place. Si no quieren perder su dinero y quedar insatisfechos no visiten esta tienda. NO...
