Delicious Mexican Food — Restaurant in New York

Este lugar comenzó EXCELENTE con su comida y entregas, pero acabo de tener una experiencia MUY RUDA, NO PROFESIONAL y asquerosa con mi orden de entrega para esta noche. El restaurante ni siquiera miró mi pedido en su sistema hasta que los llamé para preguntarles, 18 minutos después, después de haber realizado el pedido. La mujer que contesta el teléfono, muy grosera, se rió a carcajadas y me dijo que estaba demasiado lejos para que me lo entregaran. Esta es la primera vez que intentan usar eso como una excusa, cuando me han entregado a partir del AYER, y varias veces en el pasado. Siempre he dado una propina extra (25%) ya que venían un poco más lejos que la mayoría de los lugares. Le dije a la mujer que hablaba por teléfono que ella, como el restaurante que recibió el pedido, debe llamar a Seamless y decirles que decidieron no cumplir mi pedido a través de la entrega, como se indica en la aplicación. Tomó una actitud desagradable y dijo que USTED (como en I) necesita llamar a Seamless. Una vez más le dije que tenía que hacerlo, y ella me dio una ACTITUD AÚN MÁS GRANDE, repitiendo lo que dijo. Le dije que iba a escribir una reseña en Seamless / GrubHub y Google sobre esto y ella se ríe y dice, muy desagradable, de acuerdo, bien. This place started out GREAT with their food and deliveries, but I just had an EXTREMELY RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL and disgusting experience with my delivery order for tonight. The restaurant never even looked at my order in their system until I called them to ask about it, 18 minutes later, after having placed the order. The woman who answers the phone, very rudely, LAUGHED out loud to me on the phone then said that I was too far away for them to deliver to me. This is the first time they are attempting to use that as an excuse, when they have delivered to me as of YESTERDAY, and numerous times in the past. I’ve always tipped extra (25%) since they were coming a little further away then most places. I told the woman on the phone that she, as the restaurant who received the order, needs to call Seamless and tell them that they decided not to fulfill my order via delivery, like they are listed on the app as doing so. She got a nasty attitude and said that YOU (as in I) need to call Seamless. I once again told her SHE had to, and she gave me an EVEN BIGGER ATTITUDE, repeating what she said. Food is okay. I ordered on Grubhub and after waiting over an hour and a half I decided to call because nobody had called me. When I call, all I hear is ‘YOU NEVER PICKED UP THE PHONE. Probably one of the best authentic mexican restaurant I’ve been to in awhile. Though the costs from the street vendors may be cheaper, the quality and the QUANTITY of the food will always beat everywhere else. You can’t go wrong with ordering their tacos and nachos with salsa.
