Read moreSlow service on a Wednesday afternoon with barely any customers.
Went there for a quick bite and waited patiently for a while, but after 20-30 minutes I had to flag down the server to let her know we were ready to order, to which she responded “I’m sorry give me a chance”. Waited another 10 minutes to have my order taken, and after all was said and done, it was 50 minutes until I got my food. Now... 50 minutes doesn’t seem too bad, but keep in mind that I didn’t order anything special. I ordered rice, beans, and chicken which is ready to be served in the front. She would forget who ordered what, and when you corrected her on something in your order that was wrong, she came back with an attitude going back-and-forth on how she was right, and we were wrong and only stopped once her manager arrived and agreed that our order was wrong due to her writing the wrong thing. Not only that, but our drinks took so long to arrive. Even for something as simple as a soda.
I would have given this review one star because of the awful experience with this waitress, but instead, I'll give it three stars because the food was truly delicious. I would have given it five stars if it was not for...
