A place I frequent regularly, Rincon Latino is great no matter what you're in the mood for. FOOD: It's all types of Dominican food, classic dishes. They have the food ready to be served and eaten. I suggest trying the pollo guisado (chicken stew), carne guisada (beef stew), oven roasted / rotisserie chicken (pollo horneado). All of it is good and the portions are huge. There are family combo meals for larger parties. SERVER /SERVICE: Service is friendly and informal. Family vibes all around. Definitely recommend for a tasty lunch or dinner!

Sin embargo, en lugar de disculparse y ofrecer una solución adecuada, la mesera fue extremadamente grosera y desconsiderada. Me sentí maltratado y ofendido por la actitud de la mesera, y su falta de empatía y profesionalismo solo empeoró la situación. Esperaba una experiencia agradable y sabrosa en el restaurante, pero en cambio me encontré con un servicio deficiente y una falta de atención a la higiene. Recomiendo encarecidamente al restaurante Rincón Latino que mejore la calidad de su servicio al cliente y preste más atención a la higiene en la preparación de los platos. Mi experiencia fue extremadamente desagradable y me hace dudar de regresar en el futuro.

Good food, but it's all ruined by the experience you get in the restaurant. The people in the counter are extremely rude. Today I walked into the restaurant and the person attending was yelling at an elderly woman that could barely understand what was happening. A few months ago they also forgot to include something I bought in my bag and when I got home and found out, they didn't want to recognize what I bought and made me pay it twice, after being also rude on the phone. Awful. Even if the food is good, I wouldn't recommend this...

My Father and I come here all the time after my baseball games in Queens. The food is absolutely delicious and the service is impeccable. I look forward to Sunday’s and any other time we both can make it, we go, because of the delicious dishes. Highly recommend it and a five star quality food/restaurant! Come to Long Island where I live as I will be...
