I had the best experience I could have ever even imagined today at Bank of America. From the moment I walked in to the moment I walked out I was very pleased and Iâm super grateful for all the employees and even the security guard for how they handled my situation today. I was seen right away, and I sat with Carlos M. What an AMAZING MAN! God bless the entire staff at Bank of America. Carlos, Iâm so grateful for your help today! Youâre incredible at what you do and truly made a difference/impact on my life. I am a 25 year old suffering with Tongue Cancer and has hard as it was to get out of bed this morning Im so grateful that I DID GET OUT OF BED. Iâm grateful for the experience today, the help and the kind words we shared. I cannot thank you enough! We need more people like you guys in this world! You truly made an impact on my day and my life. What you did for us today will never go unnoticed! Thank you Carlos! Thank you to the Junction team at Bank of America.    Read moreWorst place ever. First time going to this bank and if I can give them zero stars then I would. First of all to find an appointment online for this place is the worst. I went to open a new checking account so I arrived at 9 am as soon as they opened but there was already a long line outside. First the security guard there is so rude, just to ask her a question she gives you a bad face. I just asked her âcan I open a checking account without an appointmentâ and she rolled her eyes and point to the line. Another client went to ask her other questions because they wanted to make a deposit in the window and rolled her eyes again. If the guard doesnât like her job there then maybe she should find another she does like. After waiting 45 mins in line, they passed me to a customer service rep. and I told her I want to open an account and she told me I canât do it without an appointment. Why couldnât they tell me this in the first place when I asked? I ask for an appointment and they have availability in 3-4 weeks. With a bad attitude the rep told me if you want to open an account without an appointment then go into the city. I thanked them for wasting my time and left.

   Read moreWent to make a CTR business deposit in this place for the first time. There is only one teller & waited about 25 mins (which I donât mind). The teller tells me I shouldnât be making deposits in person because there is a ânight drop-offâ I explained my specific deposit doesnât allow me to. She went ahead with the deposit and here comes CHARLES⌠Starts ranting about my deposit. Asks why I donât do night drop. I started to explain I normally donât deposit there & am required to deposit in person. He raises his voice at me in front of about 20+ people and says âWELL WE LEARN SOMETHING EVERY DAY AND THERE IS A FIRST TIME FOR EVERYTHING. FROM NOW ON WE WILL NOT ACCEPT YOUR DEPOSIT. WE DONâT HAVE TELLERS AND TIME TO MAKE YOUR DEPOSITâ & walks away. Seriously??? This guy just yelled at me for making them do their job??? Mind you⌠I had my 6 month old baby with me and he didnât even hesitate to yell at me and my baby. Such a bad experience.
