Rockaway Beach gave us a magical experience my wife and I will never forget. Very fortunate to have access to the ocean from NYC! The waves can get good, especially in the Fall and the scene at the Rockaways keeps getting better every year. Only wish it was a little less crowded and that the subway would run better on weekends...
