Upon walking into the office, you are greeted by Victoria, who possesses a very friendly disposition and makes you feel comfortable. Plus, the office is modern, clean, and handicap friendly. When you meet Dr. Sawa and her assistant, Pearl, they spend the time to discuss all the work that will be done to ensure you understand each step along the way. An added bonus is that there is a television stationed overhead on the ceiling, so you can be distracted while she is working on your teeth. Dr. Sawa displays great compassion and has an excellent bedside manner. I went to her because she did some dental work on my uncle, who was in his 90s, and she was very patient with him. Trust me, that was a major accomplishment. Lol Dr. Sawa really has that certain caring quality that you look for in a dentist.
