Restaurant only delivers via doordash. Doordash wasn’t able to process the order. I called the restaurant instead of coming up with a solution they said sorry you can’t order. Great customer service! My office and I are never ordering lunch from here.

Update: 12/23/21 this time I tried to do pick up in the store. I walked up to the counter like every Poke place I’ve been to. You pick what you want and move down the line. I waited at the counter for 5 minutes, no one acknowledged me and no looked up from making Door Dash orders. I said hello and they looked at me like I had 2 heads. I said do I just wait to be helped, finally someone asked me if I had a number and paper, I said no and they continued making the door dash orders. Excellent place here, food has been top notch everytime. Can't comment on the raw fish since I've only been getting the chicken. All of the fruits and vegetables for the bowls are very fresh. They are not cheap on toppings these bowls are filled. The sauces are great and it is very filling as a meal.

They have a nice modern website and ordering pick up is very easy and they have always gotten the order right and on time. They give you a punch card each time as well and you get a free entree the 10th time. Very nice and friendly staff.

Some may say it's a little expensive, but when you look at what you get it really isn't. One protein bowl with avocado is about 11 dollars. You get a ton of rice, veggies, sauce and meat. If you made it yourself it would be 3...
