If i could leave 0 stars i ABSOLUTELY would, i usually do not like to leave any negative reviews for any food establishment but my family and I are absolutely disappointed. On Sunday around 9pm we arrived at this location , a party of 8. We waited about 6-7 minutes before we were officially greeted by someone, a staff member named Anna, greeted us and asked us for how many, we told her 8 and then she grabbed menus and said just give me a minute. She proceeded to head to the back of the establishment to talk to the other staff members for about 5 minutes and then came back to seat us at one of the picnic tables , I want to take this moment to state the fact that at this time the restaurant had 7 tables distributed throughout the floor with only a few people at the bar, we sat down , we looked at the menus , decided what we were going to eat and waited for about another 10-12 minutes before I had to ask “Jenna” if someone would be able to take our order. She said she would be back in a couple of minutes to take our order. We were finally able to order our food and drinks and were very patiently waiting for our order. during this time about 3 tables walked in with one of those parties being a 12 top which was being taken care of by another young lady who seemed to be the only one who cares about her job, however this party was seating right away and taken care of almost immediately, at this point it had been about 15 minutes from ordering and we had yet to recieve our drinks, when we realize the 12 top was already receiving their drinks and we still had nothing, yet we did not say anything and continue to wait, after this full party of 12 received their drinks we finally started receiving our drinks little by little. At this moment there was a table of 3 people sitting in front of us which had started receiving their appetizers and then got their wing order. I then asked my server Jenna , if our order was coming soon since I noticed at table behind us had already gotten all their food , I also said I understood we were a big party but even with that we had just barely gotten our drinks. She proceeded to say she was not the one in the kitchen making our food which I said” I know you are not but if you could please check up on that I would appreciate it “ most our food came out about 10-12 minutes later not hot but lukewarm we were still missing an order of wings and a seltzer water. We didn’t complain we proceeded to start eating , when I noticed my burger came with Pickles even after ordering it without pickles as I am allergic to them. I sent the burger back which was then when Jenna started giving us a bit of an attitude and still I reminded her we were missing our wings. She came back 5 minutes later to ask us what the wing order was. This is when I realized she had most likely forgotten to put the order of wings in. However we continued eating and didn’t receive our order until we were just about done with the rest of what we had received. At this point we were already super frustrated and just wanted to be done and get out of there. Through out our 2 hours of being in this establishment we observed as a table who had been seated got up and left due to the lack of attention from the servers on the floor. We also observed how it took an hour for a table to be bussed and cleaned. The only person who seemed to be working with dedication was the young lady who was taking care of the 12 top and some other tables as well. This place always seems to have an issue with lack of customer service and it is such a shame because the food is so good. I wish I could say I would bring my family back but that is very doubtful considering how terrible the service is. I wish who ever is in charge of this location can make corrections because it’s the only location in Staten Island. Not once was our server apologetic or concerned for our experience here. Please do better. And to add on to this terrible experience, the bathrooms were...
Read moreI rarely leave reviews, but my experience here was so bad I feel people should be warned.
From the moment we walked in, the place was a mess. Tables all around us were dirty and stayed that way the entire time we were there. Even though there were plenty of empty tables and only about 5 or 6 other parties dining, we still had to wait 10–15 minutes to be seated. There were at least 5–6 servers on staff, yet no one seemed interested in actually serving customers.
Once we were finally seated, we waited and waited for someone to come take our order. Eventually, we had to flag someone down just to get drinks and put our food order in. We even saw another table get up and leave because no one would come over to them the servers were all hanging out in the back instead of working.
It took nearly an hour to get our food, and when it finally arrived, it wasn’t even hot just barely warm, like it had been sitting in the kitchen the whole time. On top of that, they forgot to put in one of our entrees completely. Meanwhile, two tables that were seated after us got their drinks, appetizers, and entrees before we even got our first plate.
My wife ordered the All American Burger and specifically asked for no pickles or mustard because she’s allergic. Of course, it came out with both. When we looked at the receipt, it literally said “sliced pickles,” which shows either a complete lack of attention or that they just didn’t care. We sent it back, but she ended up not eating at all because we were honestly scared they would just swap the bun or do something to her food out of spite.
The lack of organization and basic customer service was unbelievable. I also couldn’t help but notice that the back of the servers’ shirts said “Wings to die for” clearly, it’s because you’ll die of starvation waiting for them to come out.
It’s obvious this place needs much better management and staff training. It’s a shame because this is the only Buffalo Wild Wings in Staten Island, but after this experience, I honestly don’t plan...
Read moreHonestly,I hate to leave this review, but I have to.. I'm a regular customer who eats there 3-4 times a week.( not anymore) This used to be my favorite place. but it's been running lately. The first issue was the food, wings very dry. it seems like it was too old, and they just heated up and served it. I was told they're about to close and can't make another order, which is understandable, so I went else where. Second incident ( THE FUNNY ONE), I called in to place an order and requested to have different sauces on the 15 wings, which is something I do pretty much everyday. and the new employee I think her name was Enalayah or something like that, some young girl, said you can't do that! I said I do it pretty much every day. she said no we can't. all I said is " you might be a new employee but if you tell someone else they'll do it" she got upset cursed me and hung up on me!!!, I called back in, placed the order and the other person did take my request, and it was fine, I went to pick up my order, saw the young lady who hang up on me. I said politely was that you who hang up on me and cursed.? she said yes I did because you're rude af. I honestly was shocked, but I sucked it up and left. drove 15 min back home. realized they missed my fries, I'll be very honest I got really upset, called in with an attitude( ngl I wasn't nice) but whoever picked up the phone named Rhonda, said she's the manager said I bagged your order by myself and the fries is there so don't tell me it's not there, went back gave her the whole bag she looked for it never found it. then she got me the fries, and said your fries was there when we gave you the order now take your food and leave or we'll have a problem 🙄 lol.. if she opened her eyes she'd see that my outfit was $450 worth, pulling up with 100k car! would I drive 30 min to scam you with $5 lol??? I WILL NEVER GO BACK NO...
