WE LOVE Dr. Perez! Her "bedside manner", care and concern is top quality! We went to her for a few years, would drive from Brooklyn... Prior to the pandemic The main issue we had was receiving a bill for three visits each, for my husband and myself, two years after the visits. How in the world could we go to her six visits and never pay our copay. When I called to double check if they only took cash, I was told they took credit cards... Nowadays, appointments are for about three months, and when you finally get your appointment, and you finally confirm your appointment and day before, and arrive on time. Do not matter, still they will make you wait over one hour, and they will help whoever arrive without appointment or with a later appointment than your as long as they bring something for the staff.
