JB Gourmet Juice Bar — Restaurant in New York

First time going there and I was excited to pick a smoothie because of the variety. I ordered a green juice first without a problem. I changed my mind once on the flavor of my smoothie knowing that person making it hadn’t started yet. He was extremely rude to me telling me to tell the gentleman at the counter. The gentleman at the counter related my new order but yet another customer walked in after me and went straight to the juicer and asked for a salad and a smoothie in which he proceeded to make his order before mine. I asked for a refund because he didn’t make my order yet and the counter man said no he will make it now. I was so disappointed because I wanted to love the place. Very unprofessional. I’ve read some of the negative reviews and I can only imagine it was an off day or something as my experiences there have only been great. The main guy at the counter is very courteous and they are super at making your meal especially if it’s right off the menu. If you’re asking for substitutes or extras just make sure they heard you and got it right. I recommend the wraps and the paninis but I also get an egg platter or French toast. When they 1st opened up they were great.. NOW?! They suck! Food prepared incorrectly, missing items in my order and when I called to complain, the guy aggravated me so much I lost my appetite.. I ordered to breakfast meals and they only send 1 toast and he said Bc I didn’t specify if I wanted tosté or not!? Kept talking over me and kept insinuating tgat it was my fault and not theirs.
